As a part of the Quality and Storage Insights team, I work on projects that support the New Zealand primary sector. We develop new postharvest technologies and systems to maintain freshness and eating quality, allowing New Zealand produce to shine at home and internationally. This work is exciting because I get to collaborate across many research areas with talented breeders, tree physiologists, chemists, consumer scientists and industry partners. I have an MSc in Plant Agriculture from the University of Guelph in Canada.
