I am a Business Development Manager for the Plant Varieties Team based in Te Matau-a-Māui (Hawke’s Bay). My core role is to identify opportunities for the strategic commercialisation of our plant varieties that will provide the greatest value add for all parties involved. We commercialise our many varieties both domestically and internationally and work closely with science teams, customers and partners across the globe. I hold an LLB and BBMedSc (Human Genetics) from Victoria University in Wellington. I have been with Plant & Food Research since 2018, having left the legal field to follow my passion for science and business innovation in Aotearoa.
