I work in the Impact Evaluation Team. My job is to help Plant & Food Research embed monitoring and evaluation practices within our projects, to help evaluate and show the impact of our programmes. All our scientists want their mahi to make an impact, so I love getting to help show what difference they are making. Before working at Plant & Food Research, I gained my Master's in Psychology and then worked in the private sector, evaluating a wide range of programmes in the health and wellbeing space.
