As Science Group Leader for Health & Consumer Sciences, I am currently responsible for 36 staff who design and deliver on strategic science and applied R&D projects for New Zealand industries, companies and other stakeholders. My previous roles have included Operations Manager, Business Development Manager, Team Leader and Research Engineer. Throughout my career, my driving passion has been to support the origination, development and commercial application of science-based innovations that can benefit the food industries and public of New Zealand.
