I'm a consumer scientist specialised in conducting interpretivist qualitative research to understand consumers and their experience with food in given social-cultural contexts. I'm involved in a wide range of research projects that explore stakeholders and consumers’ perceptions, attitudes, and emotions regarding various food products and food technologies, and the underlying values that drive individuals’ and society’s acceptance or rejection of specific food products and food technologies. Sustainability in technology development and stakeholder/consumer adoption is another area of my research interest.
